Is there a contract?
Month to month after setup. Stop any time and your data export goes with you.
What counts as a rooftop?
One dealership website with its own inventory. A group site that lists every store's inventory counts as one rooftop per store it lists.
Do you need access to our website or DMS?
No. DealerSentinel reads the public site. If your vendor offers an inventory feed we can use it, but it isn't required.
What if our vendor changes?
Nothing changes on your side. Monitoring continues against the new site the next morning.
Can a GM see only their store?
Yes. Group admins see every rooftop; a GM login is scoped to one store.
